Our fruits are processed to retain as much of their natural goodness as possible. Freeze-dried fruits are processed using a refrigerated vacuum drier, which retains the natural color, flavor, nutritional value and particle size of the fresh fruit. Infused products have had the moisture in the product slowly replaced with sugar or glycerine, for a low-moisture, shelf-stable product. Drum-dried fruits are produced by drying fruit slurries between two rotating, heated drums. Air-dried fruits are carefully dehydrated under a stream of warm air. They retain much of their natural flavor and nutritional characteristics
